  • Rachel Iannacone

    CO-FOUNDER
    EDUCATIONAL COACH

    Rachel received her Ph.D. in Architectural History from the University of Pennsylvania. She later taught at the University of Minnesota's School of Architecture, where she co-led the annual international field study "Tradition in Transition: Athens & Nicosia." After moving to Cyprus, she spent nine years teaching at the American International School in Cyprus, where she founded and coordinated the school's Cultural Heritage Program. Today, she brings her university and school teaching experience together to help students develop the confidence and skills to succeed academically.

  • Katerina Aivazoglou

    CO-FOUNDER
    GREEK AS A SECOND LANGUAGE

    Katerina holds an M.A. in Teaching Greek as a Second Language from the University of Nicosia and a B.A. in Philology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has taught Greek to both adults and children in Egypt, Greece, and Cyprus. While living in Alexandria, she taught at the Hellenic Cultural Foundation and the Hellenic Community of Alexandria's Department of Mother Tongue. More recently, she taught in the Greek Department of the American Academy in Nicosia. Today, she helps learners build confidence and fluency through engaging, personalized instruction tailored to their goals.

    Seb is the Lead Creative Designer and Social Media Manager at Ithaki Academics. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Illustration while combining their academic studies with professional design and visual storytelling. In addition to their work at Ithaki, Seb runs a successful illustration business and regularly exhibits original artwork at conventions across Cyprus. Their creative approach helps bring Ithaki's educational mission to life through engaging visual design.
